Presence is the foundation of all we share. Our conversations are opportunities for us to learn from and with one another, sharing wisdom from our hearts, in collaboration.
These conversations are shared from our sense of connection, camaraderie and love. This community of peers is curious to learn from and with one another, living, learning, leading by example. We’re exploring together, acknowledging the interspecies family on this planet, while lovingly including ourselves in the family of life, from the heart, for the heart.
This podcast is a contribution to a new paradigm of learning, teaching and growth, founded in the feeling of camaraderie and presence of non-competitive exploration.

We are a community of collaborating professionals and peers teaching through conversation, relationship and intuition. We’re not telling you what to learn, we’re helping you nourish your passion for learning by sharing our own.
Our work and thirst for continuing education has expanded beyond our conventional fields. Self-awareness and presence have become foundational in our relationships with work, families, nature and each other.

The Principles of Interspecies Collaboration
The presence and contribution of all species are with us in our hearts in every conversation. In this collaboration, we honor their contributions.
Non-human life freely contributes the purity of its existence to human life. We are the ones with the option to choose to act in harmony.
The following 7 principles emerged as we let our words follow what we feel in our heart.
1. STAY TRUE TO YOUR NATURE
The community moves as one through a symphony of expression of individual diversities.
Know that your uniqueness is perhaps the greatest contribution, and that your peers’ uniquenesses naturally have a way of harmonizing, honoring and amplifying your talents.
2. EVERYBODY WINS
Individual, group, historical and future interests are of equal value, recognized and addressed in harmony with one another. Evolving from the paradigm of compromise, as in nature, collaboration recognizes that priorities will shift fluidly to best support a greater harmonic vision that touches the hearts of all concerned.
3. TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION MOVES US IN THE SAME DIRECTION
Collaborative communication seeks to open space for movement in a direction of shared value. In an approach aligned with appreciative inquiry, recognition of what’s working provides support, awareness and opportunity for creative expansion. Willingness to share ideas, instigate connection and follow through inspires peers to contribute their creativity as well.
4. LET THE STRUCTURE SUPPORTS YOU
Measuring appropriate data and honoring structural rules provides support for collaborations to unfold with ease. Just as a forest relies on its root/mycelial foundation, tech/communication infrastructure offers both a foundation and space for expression so that all may flourish.
5. FLEXIBILITY SUPPORTS CONSISTENCY
When the heart of collaboration is a common value rather than a defined outcome, participants may need to be flexible as we move the whole community in a common direction.
6. LISTEN LIKE A HORSE
Listening without judgment, as nature listens, creates a generative space where clarity and grace may be the shared foundation. Even if judgment does exist within an interaction, there can simultaneously be space to listen without judgment.
7. WE ARE ALL STEWARDING EACH OTHER
Non-humans demonstrate care for each other in harmony with nature. The beauty of nature, the unconditionality of non-human life can inspire humans to take action from the same heart. A standard that exemplifies that love is common ground throughout all of life. When humans listen with awareness in this light, nature and non-human life is stewarding human consciousness to apply innate creative and inspired action in a way that honors the unconditional love that exists throughout every realm of consciousness.
The human desire to care for others without greed or judgment, and with an open heart, is a reflection of the animals’ stewardship of humanity.
Our foundation is the feeling of harmony, the sense of “us”, the presence of love.
